Hi, I'm Anna. I started my gardening journey 5 years ago when I accidentally killed a practically unkillable ZZ plant. Determined to learn from my mistakes, I started reading every botany book I could find.

Today, I share an apartment with over 60 houseplants and manage a thriving summer balcony garden. This blog is my way of documenting my successes, failures, and ongoing experiments with urban horticulture.
